Courtney Love is not someone who has always done well for herself, for many reasons. She has been through so much in her life that one cannot really blame her for succumbing to all she has. The singer is widow of one of the biggest grunge singers, if not the biggest, Kurt Cobain. Cobain was the lead singer of Nirvana, he killed himself, and left Love widowed and his new baby girl fatherless. 

Love has been in and out rehab pretty much her whole life, and it has effected her as a parent, but with all the people around their daughter, I guess she came out fine, smart girl whom we have never heard any problems from, thankfully. But we can’t say Love has stayed out of trouble.

Love has been ordered to pay more than $100,000 to Jacob The Jeweler, real name Jacob Arabo, who is suing Love for gems he said she borrowed and never returned. Arabo is claiming that she borrowed two white gold diamond chains, a white gold mesh bracelet, and diamond earrings, all of which she supposedly wore to a charity event last year.

Courtney Love is saying that she returned the item to the staff at the hotel she was staying at with instructions to return it to Arabo. She claims that the bracelet was found but her bag containing the rest was lost by the staff.

Arabo won the case, Love has been ordered to pay $100,000 which is what the jewelry is worth and not the retail price. Celebs borrow precious jewels all the time for major parties, or huge events, such as the Oscars or Golden Globes.
