Quality Assurance
All Amore jewellery is checked to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship prior to delivery.
We are pleased to guarantee all our jewellery against the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months and we reserve the right to repair or exchange any goods within that period free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges
Amore jewellers offers a 30 day exchange or refund policy on any of our jewellery purchased online, provided it is returned in a pristine condition with the original purchase receipt and packaging,. Please insure your return package against loss in transit. Amore Jeweller cannot take responsibility for lost packages, or for receiving packages that are damaged while in transit.
In order to cover costs all refunds are subject to a £10.00 administration charge.

Items may either be mailed back to us or brought into our store. Your refund will be credited to your credit card. Certain items, however, may not be returned:
• Personalized items (ie. initial rings, name bracelets, engraved or monogrammed items)
• Special Orders (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock).

Ring Sizing
All rings are sized to fit your particular finger size. If you know your ring size, please provide it to us when ordering. If you are unsure of your ring size, an Amore Jeweller associate will contact you as soon as possible to help you determine the correct size.

Gift Wrapping and Gift Cards
Amore Jeweller is pleased to offer gift-wrapping for no additional charge. If the item you purchased is a gift that you would like to be wrapped, please check off the "Please gift wrap" option at checkout. If you select this option, each item that you purchased will be gift wrapped separately, but shipped together.

Personalised message
If you would like us to include a personalised message with your purchase, please indicate this during checkout. We offer this free service for many different occasions, so please let us know if this gift was purchased for a special occasion so that we can select the appropriate card. You will be able to enter a message that will be hand-written by us.
